I believe that your home is more than a roof over your head, it is a sacred place for you and your family. Because of that, when designing a home, whether creating new spaces or reimagining existing ones, I go beyond planning the physical dimensions and specifications, and focus on what emotions you want to invoke when you think about the new space. A home shouldn’t just look good, it should feel great, too.
Not everyone can see how to improve or fix a space that isn’t working, which is why you need someone who listens. I will find out what you want so I can extract your vision. I will help unearth your dream design, which you may not even be able to articulate today. And I’m not afraid to break traditional design “rules.” In fact, thinking outside the box is one of my strengths as a designer.
My business serves the tri-state corner of Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts. The work I do for your project may include taking measurements of your home; creating hand-drawn or computerized architectural plans; shopping for materials like flooring, tile, fixtures and decorative items, whether fabric, furniture or art; and construction management of my network of top building pros, ranging from general contractors to carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tilers, and painters. I also do architectural design and consulting for clients who live outside the tri-state area.
